Susan is an accredited family law specialist with expertise in handling high-net-worth property disputes involving trusts, companies and other third parties. Susan also has extensive experience in supporting families to negotiate care arrangements for children.
Practice Experience
In addition to her work in property settlements, Susan has extensive experience in achieving positive outcomes for our clients in complex family disputes and children’s matters. Her experience includes relocation, recovery, change of residence, International Child Abduction (Hague Convention), parentage disputes and child support matters.
Susan is committed to helping solve our clients’ problems by finding creative and practical solutions and alternatives. Susan strives to provide our clients with commercially sound advice, tailored solutions and an excellent standard of service at all times.

B. Sc, Biomedical, Deakin University.
Admitted to practice in 2009.
Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Family Law – College of Law, 2012.
LIV Accredited Specialist (Family Law), 2017.
Admitted in Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
