Katryna is a family lawyer with experience in all aspects of family law matters, including parenting, property, financial agreements, child support and divorce. She provides clients with strategic, clear and genuine advice and is dedicated to achieving pragmatic and positive outcomes.
Practice Experience
Katryna joined Kenna Teasdale lawyers in September 2022. She commenced practice in Hobart in 2016, specialising primarily in Family Law whilst also gaining experience in the areas of child protection, criminal defence, wills and conveyancing. Katryna’s practice in Hobart included property and complex parenting matters and she regularly appeared in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Hobart Magistrates Court, and the Supreme Court of Tasmania.
Katryna returned to Melbourne in 2022 and has continued to practice exclusively in family law.
Katryna understands that separation can be a stressful and emotional time and she endeavours to resolve matters in a pragmatic and timely way. Katryna understands the benefits of resolving matters by alternative dispute resolution or negotiation methods where suitable. If Court is required, Katryna is a skilled litigator and confident in both a mediation and court setting.

Bachelor of Arts (Sociology) and Bachelor of Law, University of Tasmania – 2015
Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, University of Tasmania – 2016
Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the High Court of Australia in August 2016.
